Register a client. Keep the credit.
If nothing conflicts, your registration is confirmed on the spot and protected for 90 days while we work the deal together.
Design note: this is the same form as the public Register an Opportunity page and writes to the same HubSpot record. Signed in, step 1 is filled from the partner's account. Registrations made on the public page match to the partner by work email and appear here automatically. Each submission is the written referral the agreement requires before contract signing (Section 3), and the relationship question below captures the Section 6 disclosure. The 90-day protection shown here assumes a new registration clause is added to the agreement (proposed Section 3.4).

What you've earned.
You earn 50% of MALA's net monthly commission on every client you refer, paid monthly for as long as they stay a client.
Fees are paid within 30 days of MALA receiving the vendor's commission, while the client and vendor accounts are in good standing.
Design note: this view assumes three proposed updates to the agreement: rename it the Sales Partner Referral Agreement; add Section 3.4 on registration and 90-day protection; and add Section 4.6 requiring a W-9 and payout details before the first payment. Fees start when MALA receives the first vendor commission, so won clients show as "awaiting commission" until then.

Your agreement and signed documents.
Every Sales Partner document is signed electronically through HubSpot and stored here, with a copy emailed to you once both sides have signed.
Design note: HubSpot's built-in e-signature works on quotes (Sales Hub Professional, about 25 signatures per seat each month). Each partner document is a $0 quote built from a "Sales Partner Agreement" quote template, with the agreement text in the Terms section. The partner signs from the quote link, Eric countersigns, and a workflow on the signed quote sets the partner's agreement status and date on their contact record. "Review and sign" opens that quote link.

- They juggle several technology vendors and want fewer, better ones.
- A security, compliance or cyber insurance requirement is forcing a decision.
- Technology spend has grown and no one has benchmarked it recently.

Program FAQ
What counts as a conflict?
An open MALA deal with the same client, an existing MALA client, or an earlier registration from another partner for the same company domain.
How long does a registration last?
90 days from the day it's confirmed. Once the client is engaged in the MALA process, it stays with you through close.
Will you tell me who else registered the client?
No. Registrations and client details are never shared between partners.
How much do I earn, and for how long?
50% of MALA's net monthly recurring commission from each client you refer, for as long as that client keeps generating recurring revenue for MALA. One-time fees, professional services and vendor spiffs aren't included unless MALA agrees in writing.
When does my fee start?
When MALA receives the first commission from the vendor, which follows the client's first bill. Until then the client shows as "Won · awaiting commission".
What do I need before my first payout?
A signed Sales Partner Referral Agreement, a W-9, and a bank account for ACH. You add the last two once, through our secure payouts provider.
When am I paid?
Monthly, within 30 days of MALA receiving the vendor's commission, as long as the client and vendor accounts are in good standing.
What if I already work with the client?
Tick the prior-relationship box when you register and describe it. A relationship disclosed at or before referral stays outside the agreement's non-circumvention clause.
Can I work with a referred client directly?
Not for services similar to MALA's. The agreement's non-circumvention clause runs during the agreement and for 24 months after, except for relationships you disclosed when you registered.
What happens if the agreement ends?
Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. Fees on clients you referred before then keep paying, unless it ends for cause.
How do I sign partner documents?
MALA sends each document through HubSpot e-signature. Open the link in the email (or Review and sign under Documents), sign, and MALA countersigns. The signed PDF is emailed to you and saved in Documents.
Can I register from the public website too?
Yes. Use the same work email and the registration will appear in your portal.
