What partners ask about registration.

What counts as a conflict?

A registration goes to review if the client already has an open opportunity with MALA, is an existing MALA client, already has an active or pending registration from another partner, or if your partner agreement isn't signed yet. Reviews are decided within one business day.

How long does a registration last?

90 days from confirmation. Once the client is actively engaged in the MALA process (discovery, sourcing or evaluation), it stays with you through close. If a registration lapses without engagement, you can register the client again.

Will you tell me who else registered the client?

No. We keep every partner's registrations and every client's details confidential. If your registration is held for review, we will explain the decision, not the other party.

Do I need a signed partner agreement first?

You can register at any time. If the agreement isn't signed yet, we log the registration in the order received and confirm it once the agreement is in place. Learn about the program.

Does my client need to know about MALA yet?

It helps, but it isn't required. Tell us where things stand and we will plan the introduction with you so it lands well.
