Technology Partners · Network Status

Is it you or them? Check the provider first.

94 of the providers we work with publish a public status page. This page pulls what each one is reporting, so you can tell a provider outage from a problem on your side before you open a ticket.

What partners are reporting

Most partner pages show all systems operational. These are the ones reporting an outage, degraded service or a live maintenance window.

Planned maintenance

Windows partners have announced on their status pages. Dates follow each provider's notice in Eastern time; most work runs overnight in the affected region.

If a window overlaps a cutover, go-live or peak period on your side, tell your advisor early. Providers can sometimes confirm scope or impact ahead of time.

      About this page

      How to read it

Status comes from each provider's own public page, in their words. MALA does not monitor provider networks directly, and the linked page is always the authority.

      How current is this?

Partners marked Live are read straight from the provider's status feed when you open this page, and again every five minutes while it stays open. Partners marked Checked are read by our own system once every 24 hours, with the time shown. A few providers publish status in a form that can't be read automatically; those link straight to the provider's page.

      Why isn't my provider listed?

MALA works with 327 providers. 94 publish a public status page and 27 publish status only behind a customer login. The rest don't publish one; for those, the provider's NOC or support line is the source of truth.

What does "operational, with an open notice" mean?

The provider's headline status is operational, but it has an incident or advisory still open, often in one region or for one product. Read the notice if that region or product is yours.

What should we do during an outage?

Confirm on the provider's page, open a ticket with the provider so the outage is logged against your account, and let your advisor know. A logged outage is what supports an SLA credit later.

Outages keep hitting the same provider?

We can benchmark that contract against what the rest of the market would offer, including when the answer is to stay and renegotiate.
