Does this cost anything?
No. MALA's work is vendor-sponsored: the provider you choose compensates us, and only if you choose one. There's no client fee. See how we get paid.
Will providers start calling me?
No. Your request comes to MALA first. We only share it with providers after the scoping call, and only with the shortlist you approve. We field their questions so you don't have to.
What if I only have a rough idea of what I need?
That's normal. Fill in what you know. The scoping call covers the rest, and your advisor can suggest options you hadn't considered.
Can I include a provider I already know?
Yes. Choose "I have providers in mind" in step 5 and name them. We'll add them alongside the providers we recommend so you can compare on equal terms.
What happens to my current contract?
We look at your end date and renewal terms first, so the new service is in place before the old one ends and you don't get caught by an auto-renewal.
